Summary of modifications:
  - Rebranded to Letterora: name, logo (letterora serif L mark), page titles,
    metadata, favicons/PWA icons, footer, about page, default theme
    (added letterora / letterora_dark themes; default = letterora).
  - User accounts DISABLED (no Firebase/Google identity configured); login,
    register, account, profile and friends UI is unreachable/redirects home.
  - External services removed: Sentry error reporting neutralized (inert),
    Google Analytics removed, ad network code removed/stubbed, GitHub release
    API calls removed (version served from this deployment), upstream status
    page fetch removed, Discord/merch/donation links removed.
  - Daily leaderboards and result-sync disabled via backend configuration
    (backend-configuration.json): signUp=false, profiles=false,
    dailyLeaderboards=false, results.savingEnabled=false.
  - Policy pages (privacy / terms / security) rewritten to describe THIS
    deployment truthfully (local-only storage, Cloudflare delivery, no ads).
  - Source offer page served at /source/ (GPL compliance).
  - Legacy word-tools site on the same domain is a separate application and
    is not part of this source archive.
