Open-licensed general word lists: SCOWL for English, igerman98 for German, RLA-ES for Spanish, Grammalecte for French and br.ispell for Portuguese, with the public-domain ENABLE list as an English supplement. They are not the official Scrabble or Words With Friends lists, so results can differ from a game's own dictionary.
Does it cost anything?

How are the results ordered?
By how common the word is in real usage, then by length. The most playable words surface first, so you rarely have to scroll past the obscure ones.
